Simple home brew idea for mission generation I’ve been playing around with: (requires two different sets of objective markers)
1. Roll deployment zones as per rulebook and decide attacker/defender
2. Roll on the objective table as per rulebook and set up objectives as needed with first set of objective markers
3. Roll on the objective table a second time until you get a different objective from first and set up objectives as needed with a second set of markers
4. Both objectives are active for both players to score
5. Each player then secretly rolls on sudden death table and writes down result. This objective is revealed and worth 3vp at end of game.
6. Tabling an opponent does not automatically win the game
7. Most VP at end of 5 turns wins.
