Okay. Anyone who watches Wakfu is familiar with Yugo. Yugo would be much more powerful than one of these schmucks, but they're a force on the battlefield regardless!

But, to anyone who has NOT seen the show (go watch it, it's good!) an Eliatrope is a person who has access to personal portals they can toss around and focus into lasers too. The general idea for these guys is to make them mobile and hard to hit, but not too durable when actually hit. Ideally, I'd like maybe one more special rule to represent their ability to teleport others, but I can't think of what that might be.

Also, no clue on points. Like, at all. Help please.

I have no idea about MEdge, but popped in as soon as I saw the words Eliatrope and Wakfu

Conversely, I have no idea about the source of these guys, but going by the stats, they're about on par with SecDef Rapid Intervention troops -higher evasion, lower armour, and 1" lower movement, but trading boostpacks for the ability to teleport, and with variable weapons... So I'd go with 14 points for the initial squad, with additional guys costing 5 points each.

A note on squad size, though - 'normal' units in MEdge run with 3-5 models. Units of 6 tend to be reserved for 'horde' units, which these guys seem too good to fit with. So I would limit it to 2 additional models in the options.
