Who and/or what artist is currently the leader in the highest quality 28mm painted faces? I spent the last 2 hours scouring Youtube/Google/Pinterest on 28mm models. Beautiful models I saw, yes, and the faces were acceptable. What I wanna know is who is the best? I didnt see anything that blew me outta my chair.

Several years ago I was able to find a German artist that gave FLAMES OF WAR infantry faces and expressions (which my jaw then hit the floor), but I cannot find this artist anymore.
