Hoping someone could help me out and identify the kit this model's head is from?

Is that a Bretonnian man-at-arms? If so it's going to be a monumental task to find one - the kit has been OOP for a while now.

Kits being OOP has never stopped me before in fact, i've already found it on ebay.
Just needed to know where it was from, thanks for the help!
