I am finaly starting AoS. I am doing sigmarites. I am doing the startersett and the start collecting sett from this season.

What 2000 point army can I do with the starter sett and these:

1x Lord-Exorcist
10x Sequitors
5x Evocators
6x Evocators on Celestial Dracolines

I also have the shadespire mages.

I don't know which start collecting set you're referring to, but if I assume you have the stormcast half of soul wars plus the additional models listed in your post I think you actually have 2020 points worth of stormcast right there and can build something basic off the top:

Lord Arcanum on Gryph-Charger (general)
Lord Exorcist *
Knight Incantor *
Sequitors x5
Sequitors x5
Sequitors x5
Celestar Ballista *
Castigators *
Evocators x5 *
Evocators x5 *
Mounted Evocators x3 *
Mounted Evocators x3 *

---

That actually comes to 2020 points and you're going to need to cut one of the * units to trim the fat. You can experiment with it and find which units you prefer and rotate wizards and endless spells in and out depending on point availability to find what you like.

Personally though, I think you should start with 1000 point games.

I just want to do a paint project. Ending up with an army is also nice.

Buying in bulk I do not need to have an increasing spending fee. I was also tipsed to pick up 3 more sequitors.

Perhaps I will only play 1000 points first, but I am aiming for 2000 in the end. The army is not that important. I will not play that often. But it needs to be cheap to buy. Easy to transport and not take to long to play.

Edit: The celestials and castigators seems to be a bit light on the shooting side? In order to have bowmen you preferably want to kill off characters or other glass units? So I should either add more of them, or remove them?

Castigators are actually really bad for their point cost. Hero sniping is of varied importance based on the context, but with this list the focus is more on overwhelming the front line.

Road to Renown! It's like classic Path to Glory, but repaired, remastered, expanded! https://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/778170.page

I chose an avatar I feel best represents the quality of my post history.

I try to view Warhammer as more of a toolbox with examples than fully complete games.
