Got these from a bits box and would love to get more of them but I have no idea what kit/box they come in even what game. I figured it was from GW but I didn't see them in any fantasy chaos, death, or space wolf kits.

Old plastic skeletons shield embossments - they came with round shields with a dot in the middle that matches the bump on the flipside of those bits (so it would be centered properly on the shield)

I prefer to buy from miniature manufacturers that *don't* support the overthrow of democracy.

its not vampire counts is it? I have some of the old shields, and those all have designs on them.

Guilliman and the Ultramarines are like Manchester United, everyone hates them because they are so awesome!

What Scarlet Rose said.

Old Skeleton (plastics and metals) shield bosses for their round plastic shields - since both used the same sprues for their shields).

BA and Chaos 40k players used to use them to decorate their vehicles and dreads back in the 2nd-5th ed days at least with them.

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).
Old enough to know better, young enough to not give a ****.

That is not dead which can eternal lie ...

... and yet, with strange aeons, even death may die.

Made good use of those and plastic skeletons in my old 3/4th edition Legion of the Damned army (back when Cursed Founding rules were in White Dwarf/ Chapter Approved.). They went great on the front fenders of bikes and tank and landspeeder armor plates.
