So my play group is starting a new round of 2000 point battles and I thought about fielding an Archaon based army. It will revolve around him and two units of Varanguard. The secondary group will be made up of two groups of marauders and a Daemon Prince who will be there to seize and hold objectives.

Any thoughts are welcome!

That’s the issue, I’m not sure what I can spend it on other than maybe a chaos spawn?

That’s an idea. But I also saw I could add a darkoath chieftain who could allow my marauder models to attack before they are removed from the board

How much luck have you guys had with Archaon thus far? He seems rather lack luster for his point value.
