From what I can tell there only exists a warscroll for a Freeguild General.
However, in 2019 GH the Mercenary company "Nimyard's Rough Riders" says the Freeguild general must take a warhorse.
What does taking a warhorse do to his profile and where can I find that?

Also side note, thinking of making some cool conversions for this mercenary company but the fact that the model is discontinued makes be believe this type of mercenary company won't be a legit thing in the future. Do rules like these disappear in 2020 GH?

The general on warhorse option is gone now along with the kit, you can no longer take it. As for the fate of mercenaries we do not know, as this is the first GHB to have them.

I chose an avatar I feel best represents the quality of my post history.

I try to view Warhammer as more of a toolbox with examples than fully complete games.

Notably makes him move faster.
Mv: 12" + Steel shod hoove attacks x2/4+4+/d1

You'd find it in the Grand Alliance: Order book
https://www.amazon.com/Games-Workshop-TRTAZ11A-Grand-Alliance/dp/1785815261/ref=sr_1_1?crid=19N503E04VTQ7&keywords=grand+alliance+order&qid=1578445824&sprefix=grand+alliance%3A+order%2Caps%2C155&sr=8-1

You can't get this direct from GW anymore btw.

Legit depends upon where/whom your playing in this game.

For example, we Dwarf players from previous editions of WHFB DO still have valid AOS rules. https://www.games-workshop.com/en-US/WSC-DWF-ENG Right now GW is providing them.
If you browse through that you'll find entries - such as cannon & organ guns - that state that they don't have a unique scroll, so use _____ as a substitute. Wich is referring you to scrolls in the Order book I listed above. And GW no longer produces cannon or organ gun minis.
Within my circles & down at the local shop there'd be no problem with using the Grand alliance books as needed. So my ages old Dwarfs are just fine.
But were I to attend a tourney? Then it's very likely that GW has told me to piss off.
So if you're playing casual games? I don't see why you couldn't simply talk to those your playing with about using the GA:O scroll for your mounted general. If you're tourney bound... :(

Now there IS another option.
You use a mounted general figure & he simply has the stats listed for the only version in the book.
As for why he prefers to go into battle on a lame horse who only moves 7" & refuses to attack? That'll forever be a mystery....

Its of most value to a legacy game player. The whole Freeguild faction is just an afterthought.

I’ve been trying to figure out how much my metal (new sculpt) Marius Leifdorf model is worth. I’ve only found recasts from China on eBay for him, and they’re going over $100.

Reality is a nice place to visit, but I'd hate to live there.

Value is hard to measure as prices fluctuate. I tend to find that only a handful of models have true value, even things you would expect to be very expensive can be bought cheaply at auction if you have patience.
Generally speaking it is a point of concensus, when 'everyone knows' a miniature is valuable then it has a commonly high price.
Now it is true that anything can be bought cheaply if you are lucky and nobody bids on it or it is sold by someone who doesnt know what it is. However I am not including that.

Now if you have the full boxset of elector counts

http://www.solegends.com/citcat1995-6/cat19956p212-00.htm

It would go for a lot, as those who have it know what they have got, and it will be of interest to specific purchasers most of whome would be willing to pay for the set. The individual late sculpts however could go for any price.

Looking at ebay right now I can see all the elector count models in various paint states and conditions for £10-£30. This is not unusual. There are enough of them around that if I wanted one and didn't like the price I know I can get one later cheaper. I recently bought old metal bloodline vampires for my Vampire counts army, got some Blood Dragons, Necrarchs and Lahmians, all from different auction lost and didn't have to pay much for them. Many of these miniatures are of the same size and vintage and nominally cost about as much, though again many are later.
However werre I less auction savvy or more impatient it could have cost me upwards of 4x what I paid, and there are always chancers looking for 10x price. Whether they sell, I cannot say.

Well it is right there on UK ebay. YMMV however it pays to have a fake address to take advantage. I buy some 10mm scenery from Germany, and while the auction lots are often Europe wide they cannot be found on UK ebay. To buy them I had to make an extra address, which is literally Haus, Hof, Deutschland, to fool ebay into letting me see German listings or else it gets 'helpful' and defaults back to UK only. It had led to some interesting conversations with German ebay sellers who questioned my address, but I am always up front on the delivery address being the UK one, and double check to see if delivery to the UK is listed.

If you are paying $100 for select minis in the US you could do well to fake a UK address and see if the seller will ship globally. New Marius Leitdorf currently goes for £20-£50 on UK ebay, there are three on the first page of a search on 'elector counts' at time of posting, and some of those prices are from China/Hong Kong, the third beign the most expensive and is from Germany, so I see no reason you wouldnt get the same deal.

The US eBay lets me see world wide. However, every time I check it’s $100+, starting at recasts. So as far as I could tell, I’m sitting on a gem. I AM offering it up for a Verminlord NoS or a SC S2D box though...

So does the UK. But try an experiment, go to a foreign ebay and try to stay on it, it will try to default back to US ebay. I promise you you will find items on a non-US ebay that will be listed as worldwide shipping which do not make listing. ebay's search engine cuts a lot of corners.

Now I bought a lot of N gauge railway stuff from German ebay, mostly Faller and Kibri buildings, which I use for Dropzone Commander and Battletech. While some will appear on Uk ebay, you get far more on German ebay and better prices too, and that only includes stuff which rtechnically I should get on Uk ebay.
As the terrain pieces are a fraction of the cost of going through UK ebay for the same items and the same delivery options it has been worth my while to spoof my location to access ebay.de .

Let me give you an example. I havent been looking for N gauge terrain for a while because I have enough to cover my table. But assuming I wanted more...

https://www.ebay.de/itm/Kibri-H0-8210-Hochhaus-Reklame-SHELL-Esso-BOSCH-Neu-OVP/372906892366?epid=1748740465&hash=item56d2fb9c4e:g:y8QAAOSwbl9eFiaW

A good price for a flat roofed building. Its very 60's but can be futuristic and the flat roof and detailed interiors means I can hide infantry on or in them. I also tend to cut away one storey so I can turn that into a ruined level, mess it up and cut it so it fits inside the building so I can lift the whole building off its base and have a single storey ruin. Decent stuff.
The auction range is listed as:

Versand nach:
Weltweit

When I tried to link up the auction title into ebay Uk directly, so I should have a clear match I get

No exact matches found
Save this search to receive email alerts and notifications when new items are available.

Even though it was first on the listing in ebay.de .

If I want to buy this building in the UK most listings will offer it at about £50.
