Has anyone used Dragon Forge? They make resin bases and some other cool bits and seem to have exactly what I need to base some fliers.

A very thorough, very professional list of his backlog going back to 2018.

Now I don't know what these orders are, it's possible the 2018 order is something insane like 1000 custom bases and the buyer knows it's a multiyear job. But I also don't know how long my bases will take.

They're not urgent and, obviously, I want them, but this is not inspiring confidence.

So anyone used them?

I put an order in a little over a year ago, after waiting 48 days I asked for a refund. He was polite and responded immediately so I wouldn't worry as long as you're willing to wait.

His stuff is really, really good quality, with crisp, high details, and I was pleased with my purchase--but I buy a ton of 'Mad Max/Wasteland/Gorkamorka'-looking bases, so I was just getting more to round out my choices.

I can't imagine doing them for anything you want to slap paint on in the near future. I bought them almost like a Kickstarter: "Hey, these look great. I'll send this dude some money and I'll see them sometime."

I use them with confidence, placed multiple orders on bases, plinth, flier rod and base kit, they even cut the rod to your needs, it does take some time depending on your order, but they’ll get to you. Also once I had a miscast on a base I thought, but it wasn’t, it’s the design, but they replaced it anyway once I send them an image of what I was talking about.

I also wrote him and got a reply right away so feeling better.

I bought a bunch of his bases for Custodes. They are really, really good. The waiting was long, but I saw his backlog and just accepted that.
He was even king enough to help me out with taxes (shipping from US to Lithuania)

Well I got them today, shipped Feb 5 so wow. 3 days.

Good quality too, it was airplane bases and the clear plastic dowels fit perfectly into the holders.

It was a small order but I don't know what to say to the guy who's waiting on an order from April 2018,,,

I got my order asap too.....But that was ages ago....

Well taking the plunge with another order of flight bases. Having too much fun with shuttles and such.

I've bought three times. Got the basis inside of a month for two of them, and two and a half months for a bigger order. I think it really is a case of the bigger the size of the order, the longer you wait.

And already shipped, so OK. Cool.
