I’m building a list for my first 500 pts of sisters of battle.
I really like the Argent Shroud with the rite of “+1 to advance and charge”.
So i tried to build the list to these advantages.

Total: 468 pts

HQ

- Canoness with blessed blade, beacon and litanies of faith
54 pts

- Canoness with admonition blade and righteous rage
54 pts

Troops

- BSS with 2 stormbolters and a combi-melta
64 pts

- BSS with 2 stormbolters and a combi-melta
64 pts

- BSS with 2 stormbolters and a combi-melta
64 pts

- BSS with 2 stormbolters and a combi-melta
64 pts

Heavy support

- Retributors with 2 multi-melta’s and 2 Armorium Cherubs
104 pts


The strategy would be to move up the field, to get in the 12 inch deadzone where all our weapons shine.
Argent shroud can do this very fast while advancing, but still putting out tha maximum number of shots.

The retributors would advance up, use the ret stratagem to get extra range. This gives the opportunity to get in melta range in turn 1.
And then burn all the cherubs. ( only 2 multi-melta keeps the squad cheap, 2 cherub for that first punch. And turn 2 they will probably be dead )

The two canoness keep up to give that glorious reroll bubble, and then charge remnants of squads and put that blessed blade to work.

My questions for you guys are:

Is this a good list and/or good tactics?

What should i do with the leftover 32 points?

Squad level mele weapons is a strong option. Like mauls.
A preacher or imagifier are also strong possibilities, points depending.

This looks like a really solid list.

Dukeofstuff gives good advice. You could also look into upgrading one of your troops to Celestians. (Since you will fill the Batallion anyway) They are 1p more per model and are noticeably more dangerous when close to a Canoness.
