In Lockdown

Hi Khornate25 (time for a name-change maybe?)

I'm a big EC fan - been playing them since 6th - and I've had great success in semi-competitive and casual games with them.

I approve of the number of Noise Marine squads - blastmasters double up as effective anti-heavy infantry weapons, and can do some work against tanks - but you're right to bring lascannon havocs for when you run up against a wall of Leman Russes or other T8 tanks.
To really lean in to shooting EC, I'd recommend getting a Dark Apostle (or converting one up) and giving him the Remnant of the Maraviglia - re-roll wounds bubble for a whole battle round, so when your Noise marines shoot in their shooting phase, and when they die in your opponent's turn and get to shoot back. You'll get considerable mileage from this, more so than a lord with the Rapacious Talons.

The terminators also look solid - deep strike em in with the lord and sorcerer, prescience em and overcharge your plasma - chuck in Endless Cacophony to obliterate another unit - and then Honour the Prince to get a very reliable charge into whatever's left standing.

Bikes are also good for flanking, harrying, and wiping out screens with the volume of firepower.

In conclusion, I like the list - I'd recommend a Dark Apostle - you could afford to remove the smaller Noise Marine squad to boost the effectiveness of the others.

Do you know what your sin is, Malcolm Reynolds?
Ah hell, I'm a fan of all seven.
But right now, I'm gonna have to go with wrath.

I’d consider swapping out the termies power axes for chain axes. They’re 4pts less each, and are the same except -1 AP instead of -2 AP
