So the Ctann were just clouds of space dust feeding on radiation from stars before the Necrons found them and gave them bodys right? Is there any Cloud Form Ctanns out there just drifting around stars eating Radiation. I mean the galaxy us a Big Big place. Surely the necrons didnt get all of them. There has to be a couple still floating around somewhere right?

All the c'tan shards are the original C'tan technically.

To my knowledge it's unspecified chimera, but that's a totally reasonable hypothesis.

Depending on the era of fluff there are a few unbroken c'tan out there as well. The dragon and the outsider are supposedly whole.

I doubt it. If you can pokeball omnipotent gods then you'd make sure you got all of them.

The old Transcendent C'tan got downgraded too, right? It's basically a C'tan shard now?

Judging buy these lines (+ the short story "Devourer") from "the world engine", I would put my money on the void dragon still being almost "whole".

Spoiler:
‘Do you think you are the master of Borsis?’ demanded Turakhin. ‘This world rules you. It cannot be turned from its path. It will carry you to the end and then what will become of you? Do you think what lies on Mars will welcome you as a liberator? It will tear you apart, Heqiroth of Nephrekh! You who have not worshipped it, you who continue to betray its kind, it will destroy you!’

Heqiroth sent out another volley of blades from the necrodermis rippling across his chest. They sheared through the mechanisms of Turakhin’s shoulder and his remaining arm fell clear, thudding wetly into the sludge. With a scream of servos, Turakhin’s legs buckled under him and he slumped onto the river bed.

‘Do you hear, humans?’ blared Turakhin. ‘Borsis will finish its journey! Your red world will fall! Your blue world will fall! Your race will wither away when my dynasty wakes the Dra–’

Heqiroth formed the necrodermis around his arm into a single huge blade and rammed its point into Turakhin’s throat. The head was completely severed, the vox-casters destroyed with it. The head fell into the sludge and sank beneath the surface.

Didn't the C'tann start eating each other at some point? If there were some that didn't have their metal body, they were probably easy prey for the other ones...

As far as this article goes the Outsider as well as the Void Dragon are still fully intact C'tan.

Empty your mind, be formless, shapeless — like soup. Now you put soup in a cup, it becomes the cup; You put soup into a bottle it becomes the bottle; You put it in a teapot it becomes the teapot. Now soup can flow or it can crash. Be soup, my friend.

That article is out of date as it is based on the 3rd/4th edition fluff and predates the whole C'tan shards thing. It is possible that one or both of those C'tan are still intact but there is nothing conclusive in the more recent fluff to support the existence of any intact c'tan.

Also the article is incorrect in places. The Outsider is in a Dyson sphere, not a planetoid (see the thread on Dyson Spheres).

The last bit of the article is true though. Its from the 8th edition codex:
