Event Exclusive Models for Everyone

Right now, staying home is the heroic thing to do, but for many of you, it’s meant missing out on attending great events and the chance to grab exclusive miniatures.

We didn’t want that, so we’re giving you all the chance to get your hands on a number of event exclusives, starting with Lieutenant Amulius, who was due to be making his last appearance at AdeptiCon 2020. Keep an eye out for news on exactly how you’ll be able to grab him (and others!) in the coming weeks!

We'll find out soon enough eh.

They can keep the event exclusives, I want that Catachan lady that's limited to store openings.

I need to acquire plastic Skavenslaves, can you help?
I have a blog now, evidently. Featuring the Alternative Mordheim Model Megalist.

We don't know what they're considering "event exclusives", she very well might be covered.

Especially given I can't see them making a big song and dance about store openings in the current climate.

However, as noted, engage "Wait and See" mode

Anything remotely worth watching? Or is this mainly about having the opportunity to spend £30 each on a few single infantry scale miniatures?

There's been a few - I think The Invisible Ringbearers was the last one.

One of the few good things to come out of this whole mess is businesses acting quicker than ever and adapting to the situation. Not that GW was in any real risk compared to those in hospitality and retail but anything that helps protect jobs, the economy and people at large is good to me.

Aye, not sure what the current batch are, but there used to be the Defenders of Rohan, Alfrid in dress, Final Fate of the Witch-king diorama, I think the old Weathertop miniatures, alternative resin Thorin's company, Defenders of Lake-town, invisible Ringbearers (latter two both briefly available online)... from what I can remember.

All WHW exclusives rather than event exclusive and i think a few are still available but not 100% sure which ones, as the last time i was there was at the NY open day and iirc they had Thorins company, Witch-king diorama, Ringbearers and Alfred

Does anyone else have problems watching the streams? I've found they tend to freeze and buffer when live, and when watching past broadcasts they freeze and just stop playback. I watch a lot of streams, and I've never had this problem with any other whether I watch live or not. It was the same when I used my prime sub, so I stopped using it on them.

It's possible that the hosting stuff on Twitch's end is intentionally being slowed down because of current events.

I've always had that problem with Twitch VODs (past broadcasts). Never found out the cause, but given our location tags, it isn't cable service related. I don't have the same problem with youtube vids, so I've always figured it was Twitch related. Between that and their absurdly loud and sudden ads (and the endlessly scrolling inane chat), I avoid Twitch.

Most people I watch that do Twitch streaming usually upload their vids to youtube anyway for more exposure.

We'll find out soon enough eh.

Try faffing about with the player settings down in the bottom right corner, sometimes turning Miniplayer on or off and refreshing will get things going, on occasion using the Popout player will work when the others don't. Sometimes none of them work, because Twitch was coded by five partially lobotomised monkeys locked in a cellar and fed a diet of nothing but LSD-soaked sugar cubes.
