Mephiston is insanely powerful and as such using a plasma pistol seems... lame. Wiping his mouth, while a great rendition of old artwork, doesn't look great. To me psykers cast spells and their enemies die before them. I would love a casting pose for his outstretched arm.

Does anyone know of a gloved hand that can be swapped in? I am no good with green stuff modeling but if someone can do it nicely I would love to see it (and maybe pay for it). I waited 15 years (got into blood angels after that model was already old) and just have higher expectations.

What about the phobos librarian? Although in retrospect the hand position actually looks pretty similar between the 2 models. The normal primaris librarian has a good casting hand, but no glove. You could maybe GS on a gauntlet over the top of the armour? Or just have unmatched gloves. Or replace the rather too spiky for my liking sword with the primaris normal sword.
