I've just finished sticking this model together and I'm trying to look for a painting guide for it but its such an obsucre one that I've not had much luck.

I'm trying to emulate the brushed metal effect they've done here, I thought I'd ask on here first before I started.

What paints and painting styles should I be using? Or can anyone link me to model guide with a similar paint scheme?

I don't have access to an airbrush unfortunantly.

Any advice would be appreciated.
