A bit spammy, but mostly because it is hard to fit what I want in a 2k list. Not sure how good it is, as I am still very new to AoS and wouldn't mind some input. It isn't meant to be top tier, but I don't want to get steamrolled either.

For what you are looking for it should be fine. Do remember there is a learning curve, so you may lose a few games before figuring it out!

No clue. Anything I should be on the lookout for?

Even the most broken armies can be made in such a way that they are quite reasonable, so you can look at tier lists for a rough idea but when things are narrowed down to a local meta it is hard to predict

In my local meta, Bonereapers are the gatekeeper army.

We dont really have people spamming summons - not many people are into the heavy summoning factions, and those that do dont have the collections to support those builds properly.

But Bonereapers are just super solid put of the box with no obvious weakness.

In my opinion, being able to go toe to toe with a semi decent Bonereaper list is a could yard stick for basic army strength.

Are they running the petrifax elite sub-faction? Katakros?

One is running Katakros and 90 Mortek Guard as Praetorians. Another is not running Katakros but is running Elite or Crematorians and is running Harvesters.

I wouldnt say either is 100% optimised, but both are pretty strong in a FLGS setting.

I don't know much about that but if I run into that, I can always just not play them again. lol

I am not looking to be serious - more into the modelling and painting of this faction and its vibe vs making an OP list.

Which is good, because assuming those OBR armies are being run competently there is nothing you can do short going for the most competitive khorne build possible and even then it would be uphill.
