Hello all! I am new to Age of Sigmar and would love it if I could get some help. I was debating between Nurgle and Clan Pestilence, then realized I could do them together.

So, I have come up with three lists I would like help deciding between. I am also open to other suggestions, but would really like to include both Maggotkin and Clan Pestilens.

I have already purchased the Plague Monks, Deamons of Nurgle Start Collecting box, and a Great Unclean One. I am trying to decide on my list before I buy the rest.

Here are the lists i have come up with:

LIST A

GUO - w Bileblade & Doomsday Bell, Favored Poxes, Tomb of a Thousand Poxes

Batallion Blight Cyst -

Thank you all for whatever advice you can give me. I can't wait to get my first game in.

Go with list A. You have a lot of things right here, bell with the GUO to boost speed (movement 9 monks with run & charge are dangerous as hell), blight cyst (awesome battalion), rustfang (awesome artifact), sorcerer w/blades (awesome spell).

Favored poxes is not a perfect spell for a GUO as he will generally want to move and will definitely want to cast again in subsequent turns. Even so much as a pile-in will end the spell. On the other hand, it is an extremely powerful debuff so it can be worth keeping despite the above. Something to think about.

Take the witherstave instead of the tome. Witherstave is among the best artifacts in the game, it is ridiculous.

Get yourself the wrath of the everchosen supplement, as it contains sub-factions which amount to free upgrades for Nurgle to boost the allegiance (it was getting left behind by power creep).
