Can Blood Angels have the units in this box?

I want to buy it for two reasons:

1. a starter Adeptus Astartes army for Big 40K (where I will play them as BAs)

and:

2. enough Eliminators to form a sniper-heavy kill team. I hope to convince an IRL friend to play as he's obsessed with snipers.

Yup. Blood Angels rules for the units in that box are in Psychic Awakening: Blood of Baal.
