I'm really not sure where to put this thread, I hope it is the right place. I put up some order for the exclusive Sister miniature, during lockdown, but I recently learned that I had to move for my job. Is there a way to change the delivery address? I can't find any, and I really don't want to miss my model!

Contacting GW customer service is more likely to get you a useful answer.

Yes, Customer Services by email is the way ahead.

I recently tried to change the delivery address online and, like you, found out there is no way to do it.

Online orders for many companies don't have easy online forms to fill in to change addresses as it would bypass security measures designed to help prevent/limit stolen cards being used. Just give customer service a call or email as others have said and they'll sort it. GW customer service are great for going above and beyond.

I had to change my delivery address after making an order in early june. I tried to call and apparently due to covid they don't have people taking calls. That may have changed since then, I don't know. So I had to email them and give them the correct address. They responded pretty quick and solved the issue.

I did send a first email on the 10th, in English, before getting an automated answer in French (I'm French but didn't notice the email address was for French support because it's just gwdirect@gwplc which seemed very much like an international address), then another email saying the same thing on Monday, and I just got a very nice and polite answer where they just ask which new address I want. Very happy with the result .
