I really like what you're doing with the boards/tiles. Having worked with open lock for several years, and designing my own, most of the sizes are too tedious to use when setting up a game and I really dislike using them because of this. There are exceptions but I try to keep everything to the U size which it looks like you're doing (with a few Rs in there) so that setting up a local takes only a few minutes as opposed to some that shy away from the larger tiles and go for E only which can take forever.

Could I ask what's your definition of "RPG tabletop game"? Because those, as the term generally is used are almost always fully printable (by virtue of either having pdfsor being actual books) and dontetend to use fully realized bigass scenery.

@ Albertorius:

Description in the KS:

A new complete printable RPG Tabletop Game. All Miniature and scenery items are STL Files for 3D Home Printer and all rules, cards and adventures are PDF Files for paper printer.

I mean:
In core set includes everything for the whole game, not just the boards and rules but also miniatures and other accessories.

After printing and painting can it look like this:

Thanks, but that doesn't really tell me anything at all. You say it's an RPG Tabletop game, but you don't talk about the actual RPG at all: everything you speak of is about STL files for scenery and miniatures, which are usually a tangential part of an RPG (if they are ever used at all) and about pdf files for adventures, which, again, would be a subproduct of the actual RPG.

So, what are the rules like? What's the resolution system? How's character progression, is it level based or experience expenditure based, or something else? What are the influences of the system? BRP, d20, R&K, FATE, PbtA, anything else might be similar? Does it do conflict resolution as a whole, or does it have distinct, different systems for social encounters, chases, combat and the like?

You know, how's the actual game, instead of the peripherals?

Other than the adventures, which I would expect would be tied to a specific system, everything else you're selling could be used for any fantasy RPG ouf of the thousands out there if you so chose, so... what's this one like?

Automatically Appended Next Post:
Reading the "Over the game" descripcion, I see this:

"This game is a wargame with roleplay and tactic elements (small skirmish fights). You can travel, trade, hunt, solve riddles, discover secrets and more like a pen & paper game and fight like a skirmish wargame. Create, level and equip your character (hero) and get new talents. The heros come all with 3 level character for Lvl 1, Lvl 5 and Lvl 10, perfect for the later games."

So... it's not an RPG then, but a skirmish wargame with some light RPG elements ala Descent or the like, right?

SoCal

Oh boy. I misread the title as Grim Speculum, and spent some time psyching myself to click open the thread. Then I was shocked by how conventional it all seemed.

Anyway, the miniatures look pretty good for generic fantasy games, but the real strength to me appears to be how integrated everything is, so that customers can just buy a whole tabletop game in one zip file. Expansions should be easy to sell in bite sized chunks, as well as scaling up threats as the heroes advance by printing larger foes and more of them. Then, in the finale, hit those heroes with the grim speculum!
