Ork Boy Hangin' off a Trukk

Ok so here I will occasionally post pictures of my models when I get done painting them. I currently have a 40k ork army, and a fledgling force of O&G.

And here's the test models for my O&G army(pirate themed)
Edit: found some FOW minis lying around, so I might get to those.

Here is a test model for the night goblins who will join the crew.
Just noticed a massive glaring mold line.

I like the use of wood on the first one and the bases. Some more weathering would even make them look better.

I like a good pirate theme! They're looking pretty good so far, and i agree with tim that a bit more weather would make it stand out even more.

realism is a lie

I decided to scratch build an ork stompa a while back, but got distracted by other things, and while I was away, the hot glue holding it together failed. Now the arms and legs have been reinforced with milliput and superglue, and I just want to see how much more of my bitz box I can empty onto it. The pose isn’t very dynamic, but I don’t have a base for it, and I would rather have some stability.

Made a cybork. Would like suggestions on how to make it more stable, and also look less like an ork on sprue

And yes, one of his legs is a stickbomb.

So I decided to take a tally of my unpainted minis

And I forgot my pain boy and chariot.

But good news is that I made a warboss!
Here are the pics:

This blog has been gathering dust for a while now, so I think now is a good time to change that and actually post something.

I've been working on some fantasy terrain, all that needs to be done is maybe add on a few bits here and there, and painting.

I've painted a few arrer boys, got about 18 left to go.

My M&M jar stompa is still not done

Some Stormboyz I have been working on. The painted one is a normal stormboy, the other one is the nob. I might add a bit of red to the smoke so that it looks a bit less like a genie.

Assembled some more storm boys today. Here they are plus the ones shown before. They should have smoke and paint in a couple of days.

Lost interest for a few weeks, so to get back in the hobby mood, I'm converting a D&D troll into a.... Warhammer troll. The only thing I'm undecided on is the head. I'm thinking about using a Gretchen head but I would like to see what the people of Dakka think while I'm painting my Orks

Since I last posted, most of what I have been doing hobby-wise has been assembling minis, though I have been painted some things.

First being a chariot and one of its crew

Also bought some old wolf riders off eBay. The banner had some extra bits, and one rider was slightly kit bashed. Would like to know where the bits came from.

Slightly better shot of the wolf riders extra bits.

Also painted a savage orc test model
