For sure interested in this, are the minis going to be in metal or resin?
Big edit (probably should have waited until I was home from work to post):
Well, gotta say, these are probably some of the best Amazon minis I have seen so far. Compared to the only two (exceptional) competitors these minis will have, the very tribal Karimat team from Greebo, and the post-
apoc Nuke Girls from Hungry Troll... My favorite thing about what is shown in the teaser image for these models... is that they actually look like a sports team.
The Karimat minis from Greebo (which I own), are a real intetesting take on the Amazon team. Get really neat 13th Warrior vibes from the Blitzers, and the Linewomen and Throwers looks great... but are a hand swap away from being Nordic warrior women/villager
npc for a skirmish game, and the models require some serious pinning talent, otherwise a few of them would be too fragile to play games with due to the small contact areas for the parts.
The Nuke Girls from Hungry Troll are also exceptional minis... but look more at home in a Mad Max style game versus the Blood Bowl universe. I haven't purchased them due to them honestly not fitting in with any of the models I or my main opponent will be using... but the renders look great, but not really what I would imagine for a sports team. They are a weapon swap away from being perfect Escher proxies for Necromunda.

From the 3D images potentially better than any of the existing human/amazon teams I have seen that are currently on the market.
Yeah, besides the two other teams I mentioned... there really isn't much worth mentioning for Amazon minis. Most of them are cheesecake boob monsters.
The only real thing that keeps these minis from being an auto buy for me... is the random and out of place wood planks on the minis I didn't see until after my initial post. Those planks really don't seem to make any sense with the rest of the model design. They have clean armor designs that look like they have design cues from the human and pro-elf teams.... than random nailed together wood planks... remove those and replace them with armor panels that match the rest of the rounded and smooth armor design and I will be a day one backer for the project. But otherwise they are a pass for me, since I would rather spend time pinning models together than resculpting details that don't fit the minis.
