I'm new to infinity and have made a couple of purchases. Unfortunately I have found a couple of mispacks in them. In one I received an extra torso, in another I am missing a torso, but received an additional body that I can't use because it's missing the arms. I've sent an email to their mispack address, but I haven't heard back from CB yet. My question to you is how often do you find mispacks? Is this a common experience with Corvus Belli products?

It's not common, but it does happen. I've had it happen a couple of times, but I only usually get a couple of boxes worth of figures a year.

It's common enough that they have an established policy for dealing with it.

I'm not sure if Spain is back to working normal hours, or restricted hours or whatever, and you won't always get a response (just the bits arriving in the mail) but it usually works.

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).

Thanks for that. I wish I had seen that a few days ago. I guess I'm SOL then. I didn't send a properly formatted email and I won't be able to. I've sent the box on to a friend.

I got the OOP Red Veil box, kept the Yu Ching bits. My friend is getting the Haqqislam. Oh, well. I'll have to look on ebay for the set or single figure.

I've bought a load of CB stuff over the years, and only had one mispack, which they addressed promptly. That was before COVID but the one mispack is less than I've had from GW/PP over the same period.

Ditto, I've had maybe 2 and they've both been addressed just fine.

Well, I got a response from CB. Mr.Groba was very helpful and basically insisted that I submit the information, even as I demurred. So I submitted what I could and they are sending the part even though it's from an OOP kit.

Mispacks are rare. I have only experienced 1 in my many years of playing.

Wow. That is fantastic! Really glad it seems to have worked out.

It arrived the other day. It was the correct part and now I don't have to go buy another starter box to get the right model.

Good news. I had a mispack in my Red Veil box too. One set of the backfins for the Hsien Warrior. CB sent the missing part quickly. The only other mispack I had was the LE Bolt of an English Cosplayer, a missing backpack. Again, quickly replaced. So that's 2 mispacks in 163 miniatures according to my spreadsheet. We'll see how well CB does with the Defiance kickstarter. So many minis packed and shipped at one time.
