3 Nurglings. 54pts.

Chaos Patrol Detachment.
Black Legion.
Lord of Discordant: Warlord, Baleflamer, Indomitable (Damage Halved). Sightless Helm (-1 AP). 200pts.
5 Chaos Marines: Plasmagun. 80pts.
3 Obliterators. 315 Points.

Super-Heavy Detachment.
Infernal Household, Endless Torment.
War Dog: 2x War Dog Autocannon, 1x Heavy Stubber. Dreadblade. Knower of Profane Secrets (+1CP). 175pts.
War Dog: 2x War Dog Autocannon, 1x Heavy Stubber. 175pts.
War Dog: 2x War Dog Autocannon, 1x Heavy Stubber. 175pts.

Total: 1998pts.

The idea is to have 3 monstrous creatures that are about equally killy and tough so it doesn't matter which ones die first as long as 1 or 2 of them make it in. The War Dogs would shoot at anything holding anti-tank guns that would threaten the monstrous creatures. The Obliterators deep strike and go for the endless cacaphony + veterans of the long war combo to dump the rest of my command points on turn 2. The troops make a run for objectives, etc...

How many cp do you have left? Can’t remember how much all detachment cost but it seems you only having like 2cp left.

If you make the BT or KoS warlord you will get more.
It’s my main concern as you are paying both points and cp for your units/ detachments.

Why black legion? You would benefit more from Alpha or iron warriors for both Lord discordant and oblits.

The Eternity Gate

Can't comment on the rest but for the daemon portion if you are bringing a bloodthirster you need to make it's exalt ability to be the bloodblessed trait. Too big a target that won't survive otherwise.

A super heavy detachment is 6CP without one being your warlord so if you want to spend 5 on detachments instead of 8 I would suggest making a war dog your warlord. Other than that the army looks good!

Fist of all, I don't know what it is about some list. But when I see someone mixing Daemons together from different factions. It just does something to me that I do not like.

Just from looking, you're going to be running short on CPs and if your opponent has any heavy weapons. They will most likely put them on your BT.

My suggestion is to take a different BT for starters. Insensate Rage is probably one of the biggest ones with all of the recent changes being made. So he's going to be a difficult one to make all of his points back. I would go with the Unfettered Fury BT and use the extra points to shore up your attack elsewhere. You'll still have the BTs axe & flail, while last I checked. He didn't degrade with wounds.

If you do plan on keeping him however, the Nurglings are going to be your best bet. So you should work to keep them in front of his line at all times.

Wow, this army instantly makes me remember the "one eye open" rule from back in the day.

One has to wonder. Do the Tyranids consider drop-assault troops... fast food?
