So, this is my best attempt to piece together the models i already have. Especially the Arco-Flagellants which, I know, aren't great. I'm really new to 40k, so if you have advice, I'd love to hear it. Thank you!

Whelp, it's not a bad first effort but there are some fundamentals of SoB list building that are you haven't done at the moment.

1. Zephyrim are terrible in 5s unless you are ONLY using them for their reroll 1s stratagem and their banner, at which point you should only take one unit. If you actually want them to accomplish anything on their own, they need to be in 10s.

2. It's not worth it to take a unit of retributors if you're not going to give them any heavy weapons. Give them 2-4 of either heavy bolters or multimeltas.Never give their sergeant a combi-weapon unless they're a heavy flamer missile because they'll never be in range to use it. If you want a VERY cheap infantry shooting option, 4 dominions with SB and a combi-plasma is only 82 points and will do like 300% more damage with blessed bolts. If you just want the bodies, battle sisters are cheaper and have Obsec.

3. You're investing in an VH imagifier and hospitaller to buff...basically nothing. Sure, the hospitaller can heal the Triumph but...other than that your most expensive model is an inferno pistol seraphim that will likely die on the opposite side of the board.

4. I know people online have been hyping up the triumph as this amazeballs awesome must include model but that's A. A bit of an exaggeration IMHO and B only even mostly true if the list supports the triumph.

You have 2 deepstriking 12 inch melee units and 2 units in fast transports that will both be out of range of the +1 to hit buff almost instantly. You only have a handful of uses for miracle dice and you have nothing but itself that's likely going to be in position to benefit from the Triumph's 'extra AoF per phase' ability OR it's +1 to dice ability.

The Triumph's actually physical body on the field is pretty terrible for a 200pt model so if your army doesn't really need the benefits it provides(and yours doesn't) you're much better off spending that 200pts elsewhere.

Finally, bloody rose repentia are better than flagellants across the board. If you were running pure VH I would say run arcos to give you some legit melee options, but since you have a BR detachment, just use more repentia. Don't be afraid to make squads of 6-8, blast doesn't really mean much to them and if they come up against something like GK paladins you'll be glad you've got a big ole bomb you can buff rather than losing one unit to the 2CP interrupt.
