Hey guys! Not sure if this list is actually legal but I've started collecting and painting a few models for my Daughters of Khaine army and was just hoping to get some tips.
I've never actually played the game so idk if I've made it right.. anyways, let me know if I should change anything or if you maybe have some tips on how I should play them!
I've just set it for 1000 points as a way for me to start

Thanks people ♥

Looks right to me, and you seem to have a well-balanced force going. Though a hag queen on foot as a backup support character would probably offer a nice boost to your units, worth dropping something to put in.

Consider; Games Workshop rules not so much games but as toolboxes for players to craft an experience from, and open/narrative/matched play just examples of how things can be put together.

Thanks for reading ♥

Oh? Do you think I should have the Slaughter Queen just on foot too?

Hag Queen, the buff she offers (Witchbrew) is powerful.

Ooh right I see it now, seems like it'll be good to have both the Slaughter Queen and the Hag Queen, thanks

Are 10 witch elf units going to really survive enough to make impact? I would be worried to losing several from each squad making impact deluted. Or are the witch elf units even SUPPOSED to do anything but grab an objective?

Mind you I have zero experience with DoK.

Honestly I’m not sure either hahaha, I haven’t played a AoS game just yet. I’ve heard it’s a lot less shoot-y than 40K so it gives me hope for my 6+ save xD

It is not a particular concern against most armies.

Was actually one of the reasons I made this thread, to see if I should be changing anything around with my list. Though I don’t really mind losing that much haha

I would be worried about some unit doing 20"+ charge and wiping them. And if you have 2 units in melee 1 gets to attack, then other gets targeted. My poor ghouls with 6+ save and 6+ FNP just melt away.

But as I said maybe it's different. Maybe 5 witch elf have bigger punch than 5 ghouls and enough that it's not worry losing half the squad. But with my lumineth's I'm not expecting 10 pikes to do much other than melt without buffs and they have 4+ and 5+ FNP often enough. If I get charged I expect using 2 quarts for 2+ save, maybe 1 for 3+

It isn't that simple.

(And for the record; double knife witch aelves are putting out double the damage output of ghouls before any buffs get involved.)

Well ty for the info anyways! I feel like I’ll need to play some more games to really understand how the game is played properly and what I should be taking aha
