Over the weekend, I got a crazy idea for a themed game in 28-32mm but would need panicking civilians to populate a near future metro board being invaded by monsters. I couldn't find any heroclix lots that did it justice though there are individual characters that could fill in for a higher cost. I'm not looking for quality (hence why the easiest solution would have been some common level prepaints) but rather ease and quantity and the next step in the search is 3d printing.

Anyone know of any large lots of modern/near future/cyberpunk preferably panicked civilians that don't need supports hopefully? I'm just looking for a put on plate and press print ease as I probably won't even paint them as the irony of putting grey nameless NPCs is amusing.
