I have a copy that's just sitting on the shelf doing nothing. I can provide photos tomorrow if you want but, IMO, it looks in A1 condition (spine not broken, no dents in the pages, no scratches etc).

Postage (international tracked & signed from Royal Mail) will be around £17.60 (insured for £51-250) as I reckon it'll be a 2kg 'small parcel' (max size 45cm x 35cm x 16cm; max weight 2kg).
I don't have a set of scales so hoping it's 2kg or less. Feels around 2kg to me but obs that's no guarantee!
