I have seen this painter and I really liked how he paints pink flesh while in most tutorials the flesh usually ends up being more yellowish or brownish.

Can someone recommend me a paint set (better if it comes with tutrial or instructions) or a painting book will have a similar result on the flesh?

Just use a pink either as your base tone or mixed into your base tone, then mix your regular highlight tones into that base.
