Anyone recommend any good fillable PDFs for Crusade lists and cards?

I've only been able to find excel documents and I'm not paying £30 for GWs fancy notepad.

I've been meaning to make one for myself to accompany my self made 40K rulebook ebook. I could share the crusade sheet when it's done assuming GW doesn't hold any copyright claims to such a thing?

The crusade sheet in the rulebook says "permission granted to photocopy for personal use", but that doesn't apply to the internet does it? Also, not sure how it would apply since I would effectively be reproducing the document manually, instead of photocopying it..

I can’t imagine even GW complaining about blank sheets that don’t contain actual rules.
