I'm building these armies for the first time right now and I would like to get these codex cheap because I'm just going to have to replace them in a year anyway.

I direct you to redspyder. Has the Tyranids 2017 codex for sale last I checked. It's probably 8th Ed, but I don't know Tyranids and I skipped that entire edition so I can't be sure. I had a good experience buying the CSM myself.
I'm guessing you want the physical books instead of the ebooks.
In that case look in your pm's. I found a Tyranid codex on ebay that fits your description. Make sure to ask the seller to change the expected shipping to standard so you will be charged less.
