Is there anything that stops Space Marine or Necron super-heavies from gaining the benefit of their chapter tactic when fielded in a Super Heavy Auxillary detachment now?

I believe that in 8th edition it was forbidden in the codex, but I can't find any such rule in the Space Marine codex from a quick look through?

Am I being blind, or has that restriction been removed?

It was, I believe, shifted to the SHA Detachment itself.
