Wow super heavy vehicle list would hate to see this across from me during a normal game. Not much to say except try it out against more armies before any changes can be made.

Your worst opponents would be the usual source with cheap access to high power weaponry. Usually going to be any of the new meta-builds for Space Marines and Eldar would be the normal offenders here.
I would suggest either running a Warpsmith for the extra powers added to your engines, or a master of possessions for the same reasons.
One has to wonder. Do the Tyranids consider drop-assault troops... fast food?

So is the standard tactic here to have a nearly immovable blob of cultist capture points, while your engines rip-n-tear through the opponent's front line?
This builds makes me wonder what a standardized "Fly" list would do to it.
Though that would put you up against either the Tau or even Eldar variants.
Have you come up against any heavy flying list yet?

No not yet. my main goal here is to rip and tear with the demon engines while the havocs neutralize key enemy units using a combination of Cacophony/ Daemonforge/VotLW and Iron warriors Methodical Annihilation and tank hunters.
against flying targets i relly on havocs to get them down. If not, the alternative would be to focus the Demon engine's fire upon them but that wouldn't be effective even with the +1 to hit from the disco-lords IMO.
ps: ATM i have fought only against vehicle-heavy lists (an ideal match for this build)

Vehicle list would be ideal for you to play against. All of the affective weaponry towards heavier targets is a good boon for you. The only other issue would be massed infantry with heavy weapons, bubbled wrapped around harder targets. So that puts IG on the list as well for possible counters.
I almost didn't see the Havocs buried in the list. Let's hope that they can keep making their shots. The most meta I've seen for Slaneesh builds, is a max count terminator bomb, loaded down with combi-plasmas and tearing through with Cacophony. With both a sorcerer and termi-lord dropping with. It's expensive, but one can't argue with it's effectiveness.
How long in the fight, does it take for one of your Disco lords to hit their first bracket?

Indeed, vehicle heavy lists are ideal opponents for this build.
Generally, the discolords charge the target in turn 2 or 3 (unless the opponent and i both opt for a defensive deployment) the engines normally would run along the discolords and then pop smoke launchers (defilers), the venomcrawlers would shoot their assault weapons with 4+ BS because of the discolords buff while the havocs go with all the stratagems against the units that could give the most trouble to the engines.
It is a risky bet that relies in redundancy and speed so going first is also a preferable choice.
I like the termi combo, i have been using it since 8th but now i prefer the havocs in part for the cost since heavy bolter havocs are cheap and very effective with the damage 2.
