I'm looking to kitbash the side sponson multi melta's of the IG Russ onto SM dreadnought arms/weapon mounts, does anybody have a size comparison of the two and how will the left/right mounting look if mounted on the opposite side (in the case I'm only able to get my hands on either the left or right gun(s) only)

Any other alternatives are more than welcome, as I'm not impressed with having to buy a SW dreadnought simply to get my hands on a codex approved weapon loadout.
