So what's on anyone's radar?
Personally I'm not seeing a lot.
Humankind is on my list, but the culture shifting (Egyptians are now Koreans are now Scandinavians) is utterly ahistorical and bothers me at a fundamental level, maybe enough that I won't bother (and the Endless games have always left me a bit cold anyway, and this is mechanically along the same lines). But the maps are pretty.
Evil Genius 2 is a maybe, depends on the actual gameplay. Mostly nostalgia calling here.
Werewolf the Apocalypse: Earthblood is also mostly nostalgia. And if the current gameplay trailers are any indication, it looks _awful_. Fixed 'protagonist,' uninspired brawler combat.
Alaloth: Champions of The Four Kingdoms An action RPG that supposedly leans toward more serious RPG. Looks interesting, but still very much in development.
Other than that, I'm pretty un-wowed for anything tentatively slated for 2021 (and yeah, I'm aware those weren't ringing endorsements anyway). Any got something they're really excited about?

There's actually quite a bit I'm looking forward to this year. The 2 games I'm most psyched about are Horizon 2 and God of War Ragnarok, though I will be surprised if they don't get pushed back. I'd much rather they take the time to get them right. I'm really hoping I will enjoy the next Battlefield title which is also slated to drop this year. I didn’t like V at all, but it's the only blemish in a decade of solid shooters in that series. Not sure if this counts but I'm also incredibly stoked for the mass effect legendary edition. Coming up on 6 years since I last played through the trilogy so I'm ready!

I came across the ME legendary while looking for titles for this post.
I'm not sure what to make of it, to be honest. If it isn't a mechanical update as well, I can't really care. ME 1 is pretty wretched to replay and I wouldn't mind some aspects of ME2 being updated to 3/Andromeda gameplay standards. If its just a visual update, then I'll pass.

If they at least fix the frame rate I think I'll be good to play through the first game again. It chugs real hard on X360 whenever there's even a little bit of action onscreen.

Persona 5 Scramble gets its world-wide release next month. It's the Persona 5 cast with Dynasty Warriors-style gameplay. Since I enjoy the latter, and also really liked Persona 5, it seems like a no-brainer to me.

Ooh. Didn't know about that. Sure, it might be better if you could create yourself a character, but it doesn't look a bad interpretation of W:tA to me. It's on my radar now for sure.
Then there's Vampire: Bloodlines 2 as well...

Not a werewolf person - more a vampire person but is the fixed protagonist really a bad thing?
I think it was one of the (many) issues with cyberpunk tryng to have a fixed story but pretending to let you make a character up - don't bother if its story orientated or at most make it just a gender choice.

.
Absolutely yes. It's an entirely personal preference thing, but it's gotten worse in games, since the default personality now is basically 'donkey cave' at best.
And with the old werewolf background, I really don't want to see what they consider reasonable, since serial murder and sex with dogs are both virtues in Garou society.

Like i said Vampire person but I see what you mean. Playing AC:Odyssey at the moment and my Alexios is mostly a nice guy if not especially bright.
