Hi everybody.
I just wanted to know if the spellcaster ability to learn new spells is another option when gaining new ranks or not.
In other words, I would like to better understand if a spellcaster, obtained a new rank, can (for an exemple) advance one of his skills, or (another exemple) roll on the new abilities table AND obtain a new spell. Or if, instead, if he wants a new spell he must forgo the other options, like an improvement of his Ra skill or his power dice.
