The Ghostbusters’ latest invention is nearly ready, but there’s trouble brewing! The space pirate Zorg has crashed his ship into the Ghostbusters’ headquarters, stealing psychokinetic energy and transforming his crew into deadly Ecto-Terrestrials.

By themselves, the Ghostbusters stand no chance against these invaders… but hope is not lost! The Men In Black have joined forces with them to repel the new threat!

1 to 4 players each control a team of one Ghostbuster and one MIB agent to defend New York City. Trap Ecto-Terrestrials and complete scenarios while using the latest weaponry & gadgets! All teams must work together to defeat the alien forces, but only one team can be the best. Do you have the mettle to defeat the machinations of Zorg and his minions?

As players bust Ecto-Terrestrials and complete objectives, hot sheet cards will be drawn. Hot sheets will always contain a game altering event and an Ecto-Terrestrial icon. Each time an Ecto-Terrestrial icon is revealed, a corresponding track is filled. If any of the tracks become full, a ship piece must be removed from the firehouse. A multi-chamber dice tower, the firehouse has been riddled with ship pieces from the Ecto-Terrestrial’s crash landing. When a piece is pulled, any number of dice might spill out, indicating how many Ecto-Terrestrials and of which type will spawn around the map.

i'm undecided whether to back until were it's coming from is made a bit clearer (potentially $160 vs 192), and we see what unlocks might happen

The card is correct, though.

It's not a cross over I've considered before but it works quite well. Apparently this game was first announced 2.5 years ago.

It was set to launch at the early 2020, but they pushed it back due to the pandemic

It was designed by the folk behind Wander: The Cult of Barnacle Bay which is a good game so hopefully this will be too

all I see is preorder/out of stock so i'll guess it's sites putting it now its been announced

but it does suggest retail is going to be 99.99 so your paying $25 (+shipping if your somewhere where free shipping is a thing) for the backerkit extras
