Just wondering if anyone has tried fitting GW lasguns to Victoria Arcadian females? Looks like it could be done but I wonder if the left hands will mesh/cup the rifles credibly?

I've only used Arcadian males, but I don't think it's going to be a problem. Victoria hands don't fully wrap around the gun; instead, the fingers are relatively flat with a bit of a groove, which means they should work for almost any gun that is at least somewhat straight.
