Right now, I've used the dkok ones, the leman russ 2 variants and paskin. I need way more. So what companies makes tank commanders.

Victoria Miniatures has two. The female sergeant is serious, but Corporal Tucky is humorous, as he is "tucking away" on Kentucky Fried Chicken. He's ready to pull a "Leroy Jenkins."

The Hostile Environment Cadians look pretty decent as tank commanders.

Maxmini had some pretty cool desert dweller tank commanders, but I think those are not on sale any more. Googling a bit I found them here:

Edit: I got two sets of those.

There's three in the old metal set of them if you don't mind some patient hunting on eBay to not pay an arm and a leg. Don't know which two you have already. The other's I can think of off the top of my head have been mentioned already, but you could try Shapeways.

there are a load variety to choose from, old metal IG tank commanders, baneblade kit, Hellhound kit, kitbash using other heads, OOP FW tank commanders etc. list goes on.
