The idea in this list is to get to the objectives with the obsec 5++ scarabs while you deal tons of mortal wounds (7-8 c'tan powers + mephrit strat + tesla strat).
What do guys think about it? This doesn't need to be a competitive list of course but still not a bad one either.

I like the idea of it, but with 6CP down pregame you're not going to be able to use many strats to get the most out of the MW gimmick. I'd try to condense it into one detachment.

I tried, but with double c'tan you would still lose at least 2 (+3 for superheavy) so i went for the most useful detachment.
I think that this list will use way less dice reroll than usual so maybe it could work. In the first 2 rounds i should use 3 strats (mephrit, tesla and random c'tan power) leaving me with 2 CP for something else, charge reroll i guess.

You won't have access to the Mephrit strat. Page 60 of the codex excludes Super heavy aux from counting as a dynasty detachment.

I think if you are going for a mortal wound meme list, Imhotek and plasmancers come to mind. Them with Psychomancer and 3 c'tan, lolzy. Heck you then have extra CP and a CP battery. Would probably want some more immortals for that list though.

Super heavy doesn't get detachment abilities but definitely get the dynasty keyword.

You get the keyword but theres specific rules in the book for Dynasty stratagems.

DYNASTIC STRATAGEMS
If your army includes a MEPHRIT, NEPHREKH, NIHILAKH, NOVOKH, SAUTEKH or SZAREKHAN Detachment (excluding Auxiliary Support, Super-heavy Auxiliary or Fortification Network Detachments), then you will gain access to that dynasty's Stratagem, shown below, in addition to the ones displayed here. Such a Detachment is one where every unit in that Detachment (excluding DYNASTIC AGENTS and C'TAN SHARD units) is from the same dynasty (and it is one of the ones listed above).

Completely missed it! Using the silent king i thought it would works the same but you are right, thank you.

If I change the lokhust lord detachment in mepriht ( i don't really care about the szarekhan tbh) the monolith can use the stratagem as well, right?

Yep, Monolith still has the keyword so as long as another detachment gets access to the strat it can be a target.

Silent King and the psychic deny strat...that is actually why I knew about the blurb I quoted. I won't get into it too much because its off topic and quite the handfull. Suffice to say if you use Silent King just make sure you are on same page as your TO.
