I've always wanted to know, how do the Assassins get the support and intel they need for dynamic missions? Do they do their own maintenance in the field for all their equipment? Reloads for their weapons? How about intelligence gathering? How do apprentice assassins get their first kills and assignments? How about promotions, how do they work for each temple? Are all eversor assassins really throw away agents or do some become "Master Assassins" . If their are multiple Assassins in the theatre of operations, how do they tell which has precedence for missions if they both have a conflict over targets or missions?

Their specific officio has complex and indepth intelligence networks, rivaling that of even the high lords.

I don't pretend to have much knowledge about the way Assassins and the Officio Assassinorum work, the limited fluff I've read on them is quite old as well.

Still, I think that once they have their mission they're pretty much on their own until it's time for extraction. So they could be in the field for weeks, or longer, and have to be self dependent during this time. So maintaining their gear, having enough ammo and other things to remain effective, and so on.

I also don't think the Assassins do their own intel or pick their own missions. There's support staff and superiors for this. Exactly how this works is probably anyone's guess.

None of the Officio Assassinorum are throw-away agents. Properly deployed, an Eversor assassin will move into position, cuts a bloody path to its target, kills it, and then moves out to an extraction point, killing a necessary. It merely comes armed with the Bio-Meltdown to ensure it gets the kill. If a target is too well secured for a good chance of success by an Eversor, the OA sends in a different type of agent to get the job done. If no single assassin can has a high chance of success, time for the Execution Force.

There are more Temples than the four we have models for, and some are more "support" - the Vanus Temple are hackers and intelligence-gatherers, for example.
