So after building my Custodes army into a 2k list, I thought I'd update my old World Eater's army while I'm at it.

It's basically just the old Bloodletter bomb army I had except now it's just one bomb in a patrol detachment and I've used the saved points to upgrade a Rhino to a Land raider and make the Berzerker squad traveling with the characters a unit of 8.

Starting with 4CP seems like a bit of a problem but I don't remember Khorne being a very stratagem hungry army (besides the odd fight twice or +1 wound strat).

Let me know if anyone has any alternative ways of running Berzerkers and Bloodletters,

I'm not sure where you're getting 4CP from. From my count you should have 9:

12 standard
-2 Patrol
-1 extra Relic

I think for pure Khanage you should replace the Chaos Lord with Kharn. Another key strat for WE is Spite of Sorcery. 1CP, and you can deny a single power on a 4+, can be very handy at times.

-2 for patrol
-1 for extra relic
-1 for Banner of Blood upgrade
-4 to put the Daemons all in deepstrike

Mmmm, if I drop a Berzerker and a Havoc Launcher I could squeeze Kharn in, does he still hit himself on 1s in the fight phase though?

I believe it was FAQed to be another friendly model on a 1, so he no longer hits himself.
