Hi! Non-standard, sci-fi/what-if designs that look believable, intrigue me. Friends convinced me to turn this mech into usable model kit instead of keeping for myself just one copy. Months and months later here it is. A technical rescue machine 5DR code-named "Rescue Labor".
Hope you like it. It's a honor to be part of this forum.
It's a unit coming from alternative Soviet universe, which I hope will grow . 1/35 scale, 20cm height. 330 resin parts and 95 metal parts, decals and large assembly manual. Not a 3D print, parts have no artifacts or a need for sanding. Miniature of a mechanic is an integral part of the works.
Now that may be interesting too: I am calculating a redesign to a wargaming version down-scaled to 1/70.

This is great, wrong board and fingers in a pic, nice. And it's obvious the pic with the fingers has been color enhanced by looking at the fingers.
Honestly people, keep your fingers out of your miniature pics.

Thanks. Removed the image with fingers, sorry. Which board would fit?

Amazing work!

"The 75mm gun is firing. The 37mm gun is firing, but is traversed round the wrong way. The Browning is jammed. I am saying "Driver, advance." and the driver, who can't hear me, is reversing. And as I look over the top of the turret and see twelve enemy tanks fifty yards away, someone hands me a cheese sandwich." |

A very cool mech indeed! Great design and I look forward to your ideas of bringing it to a wargame scale.
What are you thoughts - building an entire game or just a one off series of mechs for general use?
Are you considering 3D printing for the smaller wargaming scale or going traditional with resin/metal parts?
If you want to show a website/store and talk about the future of the game you might use news and rumours for any upcoming release information https://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/forums/show/6.page

Oh yea, all in for the wargaming scale, the model would fit perfectly for Gamma Wolfs.

Was very much intrigued by the thread title, and the model has not disappointed. Fantastic work!
I am sure that would be very popular in a wargame scale, I don't think there is that much about in terms of semi-realistic mech designs

Just mechs in general is somewhat problematic area as the scale they appear in are all over the place.

Very cool work!
It does somewhat weird, with the cabin hanging down almost to the knees, restricting what the long legs could traverse.
It is not clear to me what the spheres above the hip level represent - is that passenger space?
Excellent fun either way, the design just makes me go hmmm?

The spheres are laser weapons I assume, like the MTHEL project
