Given that they've just reformatted their Patreon and made this month's release, I thought now would be an apt moment to plug a Patreon I like; The Dork Factory. They succeed in crossing into the 40K line whilst maintaining originality, and their work has steadily improved in technical skill over the past year. There's models suitable for Dark Eldar, Slaanesh, and Mechanicum. One of the most reasonably priced as well at only £3.50 a month - easily half the price of many others! Here's the link:-

Also one model I swear I never thought I'd ever see anyone make a 'counts as' version of - namely the Daemonculaba:-

Okay, I want to burn every trace of that last model from the face of the world, but I like some of the other ones. The guys with skull faces under the bisected masks look really nice, and I'm a sucker for a nice spider-legs cyborg type.

The supply does not get to make the demands.

You'd think she'd at least get something comfortable to sit on

You don't fancy using it as an objective marker then?

There are some "slightly more original than usual" ideas there, which is about the best you can of anything these days. I wonder when someone will come up with something genuinely new in the way of miniatures.

I wouldn't normally post an update for a patreon, but they just smacked an absolutely cracking new model as a guest release over on The Makers Cult patreon - which is sort of news as it's on a different page?

If I wasn't already subscribed to Makers Cult, I'd probably do it just for that. There's something about the model that appeals to me in a sort of 'Incredibles Omnidroid' sort of way.

Spoiler:

This is absolutely gorgeous, but I can't imagine what material you'd need to make it in for those tentacles to actually support it for any length of time.
