Welcome back to the hobby! Not a bad list you got there but I do have a few observations. Firstly if you're trying to add a relic to the wolf priest it won't allow it because it's a legend unit (or: no longer supported by the rules and not allowed in competitive play). I'd change him for a chaplain with jump pack (chaplains now gain the wolf priest keyword when in wolves).

Second, eradicators don't fit in an impulsor as they are gravis troops. Better to just use cunning of the wolf to bring them on from reserve instead.

Your chosen relic is alright but personally I'd go for a lightning claw or thunderhammer with the frost weapon upgrade.

Finally I'd use a unit of 5 TWC instead of 6. It will mean you don't have to worry about unit coherency or blast weapons.

Okay so we swapped out the Wolf Priest on Bike for Chaplain with Jump Pack, got rid of the Impulsor and changed up the strategy a bit with some Wolf Guard w/jump packs with the extra points. I was thinking the Wolf Guard will join the Chaplain and they will shoot some stuff and then assault them, that's my idea behind equipping half of them with storm shield and half with combi-melta's, hopefully the storm shields can soak up some damage while being shooty and assaulty! I'm up for ideas on where to put 250 points though if this seems like a bad idea, more long fangs, more thunderwolves, more armor, a wulfen murder pack??

I love this! I'd say give it a try and see what works best for you and revise as needed but that is a solid list.

I'm assuming the wolf tail talisman on the chaplain is the one you are seeing from saga of the beast which is no longer legal, the updated wolftail just lets the bearers unit ignore mortal wounds on a 4+, not super useful on a character, it's really meant to be used with thane of the retinue to give it to a sergeant to make the squad mortal wound resistant, (still not super useful for a relic slot)

Okay this is probably the last edit for this list as I feel it's a good base line to work towards while building my army back up. Strategy changed a little again with switching Chaplain from jump pack to a bike, instead of going with the Wolf Guard we will be going full cheerleader mode for our deathstar on thunderwolves. Wolf Guard should still be a serious threat when they come in though! I took out the Eradicators until I learn their strats a bit more. Everything else is pretty straight forward and should pose threats wherever they are on the table, hopefully the list ends up being well balanced.
