So having the contents of Cursed City, plus the new vampires for Direchasm, is there a good ruleset for a small skirmish game that pitches a few vampire-slayers vs the undead? Maybe something for a 2x2' or 3x3' playing area?
Any suggestions appreciated.

There is, coming this year, napoleonic horror/moster hunting solo/co-op game by Frostgrave author, called The Silver Bayonet.

Frostgrave + Perilous Dark could do it, if you're looking for solo/co-op vs. the monsters. Ditto Rangers of Shadow Deep. You'd just need to theme your warbands, the scenario, and the monsters you face.

Pulp Alley would let you design both sides for vs. play, with the options of using the Horror Deck for some extra theme, and/or the Solo Deck for, well, solo play.

Perilous Tales has a vampire & minions enemy band to play, and the heroes are generic enough to design as fantasy vampire hunters. Also solo play, and the beta-test rules are currently free. The vampire band is just one of a variety of enemy bands to face, though, so you'd be playing just one narrow slice of the game.

I'm sure A Song of Blades and Heroes could do it for vs. play. Sellswords and Spellslingers could do it for solo/co-op play, if you don't mind doing the work of designing your own scenarios for it.

I'm sure there's a host of other options. These are just the ones I can come up with off the top of my head.

Not quite undead, but you could look at Witchfinder General: Days of Revelation
http://www.dashingdicegames.co.uk/

Witch hunters, dragoons, witches, werewolves, etc.

I have it, read it, never played it, but looks interesting.
