I've just started painting some Red Scorpions marines and would like to get some help figuring out which two tactics options that fit them the most! What do you fine experts have to say on this matter?

The old FW ones in 7th were that they could take apothecaries in their regular squads at no extra cost. So maybe indomitable and Stalwart.

The Red Scorpions chapter tactics are included in the Forge World 9th edition index if you want the exact rules.

Not really. Those are simply suggestions.

And yet GW’s suggestion for what they should take perfectly answers the OP’s question.

The GW answer is Ultramarines successor with Inheritors of the Primarch, BTW.

Not really, given how boring and uninspired the suggestion is. The OP asks for something that suits the Scorpions' themes, which have traditionally been paranoid worrying over purity and heavy presence of apothecaries. I would rather use Iron Hands' for the innate 6+++ to wink at apothecary initiates being present in most squads than any Ultramarine stuff, for example.

#ConvertEverything blog with loyalist Death Guard in true and Epic scales. Also Titans and killer robots! C&C welcome.

Wouldn't just taking several apothecaries in you list represent this?

Except the whole point of their purity paranoia is the fact that it includes fanatic adherence to Codex Astartes. Which means duplicating Ultramarine way of thinking and tactics as much as possible. If you really want apothecary initiates that much, one primaris troop type has them, just use those.
