I was gifted an already built Syll'esske the vengeful alliance. Where are the actual rules for this guy? What book, FAQ, etc. I just went through both my chaos space marines and chaos daemons epub and never found it, as well as the FAQ's. Maybe this guy is legended? I could have missed it somewhere.

The rules came in the box with the model - I'm not sure if the 40k rules are in a book yet (AoS rules are in Battletome: Hedonites of Slaanesh).

I think the rules are in one of the 8th ed CA books, but I don't remember if it was 2018 or 2019. I'm away from my books for 4 or 5 days, otherwise I'd check for you- I need the rules for the Infernal Enrapturess- she's gonna fit really nicely with an allied detachment of Noise Marines.

And the new AoS Daemon box with the Seekers, Fiends and Contorted Epitome is looking like a really good way to add a few units to the Daemon detachment of the Noise army.

Rules for ALL of those models are all in the same CA.

Hmmm, which begs the question, if they aren't in the new CA2021, does that mean they can't be used anymore?

@PenitentJake: You and I have the same Idea. I've been using the Infernal enrapturess for awhile. Somehow I have her datasheet, although I sculpted my own model (not that I have anything against GW's, it just doesn't fit my theme and the harp is cool, but too stationary for me).

I think Engine War came out after the Chapter Approved with the various Slaanesh daemon rules so that will be the most current rules.

All of this of course because of GW's need to milk every single cent by not consolidating rules or offering epubs that update etc. Yes, they're in it for money, but the rulebook bloat has grown very painful now that its almost model by model.

Well this particular model came out mid-cycle. It actually initially popped into a Chapter Approved. I'll send you a PM.
