Note: I have been playing at 1500 and not at a tournament, just testing builds, mainly against Death Guard, Drukhari, and Black Templars. Terrain setups have been WTC, so a solid amount of obscuring terrain.

I've been iterating on the all vehicle list for several games now. I started with a stripped down version of this list in Mephrite (something like 1 CCB, Void Dragon, Stalker, 3x Annihilation, 1x DDA, 2x Tesseract).
First conclusion: DDA's suck. The close in firepower is nice, but the main gun loses too much when moving. The Tesseract ark provides similar firepower while moving, and you can even get it at the same price with beamers. The 2 Particle Beamers are not nearly at the level of the flayer arrays, but being able to shoot on the move with the main gun is too important. At 2K, I might consider running 1 instead of a 3rd tesseract ark, but unless you're playing on a table with no terrain, the Tesseract Arks are going to come out on top.
Second conclusion: Objective utility pieces are still necessary. You need something to contest objectives in the early game, so that your boats can start shutting down opposing threats while still staying far enough back to be safe. I've been using small squads of Immortals, Scarabs, and Cryptothralls.

Tomb Blades: 4x Shadowloom is unnecessary, and Tesla is mathematically the worst option. I tried a squad once as a Annihilation Barge replacement, but was not impressed. In your list with no lighter pieces, they look even worse.
Triarch Stalker: Tried it once, but wasn't too impressed. It's just awkward to use. The base is big enough that moving around buildings to hold objectives is difficult, you'll need LOS forward if you want to give out the buff, and it doesn't hit hard enough in melee to deal with a bully charge. Maybe if it had a sweep attack and dynasty, but as is . . .

Dynasty Choice: So far I've tried Mephrite and Eternal Expansionist. My preference is Mephrite, primarily for the +1 AP. Sometimes it's difficult to turn on, but the payoff is very important to the Barges and the Beamers on the Tesseract Arks.
I rarely use Talent for Annihilation. To max it out you need around 27 shots if I did my math right, so we're going to be hitting closer to 2 MW than 3, which I don't find a particularly good use of cp.
I will need to give Eternal Invaders a try one of these days.

(My list has moved more into the MW Spam direction. 2 Transcendents, 2 Plasmancers, 1 Annihilation Barge, 2 Tesseract Arks with Beamers, 2 Min Scarabs, 2 Min Immortals, and Cryptothralls/Heavy Destroyers to fill. The objective holders tend to hug cover and contest objectives while the C'tan threaten the center and toss mortals)

Well, lots of vehicles in your list.
Not sure if this will work or if its just another paper/scissor/rock army.
Troops are the bread and butter of a list.

Irdiumstern, what about this modification to the list? It's the same concept but with one CCB swapped out for upgrading the Annihilation Barges to Tesseract Arks and 2xTechnomancers for vehicle repairs, with Bucketboys for objective/action monkey.

Edit: Also pulled the Tomb Blades

I think the Annihilation barges cover a different profile than the Tesseracts/DDA's, I definitely wouldn't take all of them out. Lots of shots at 39" is great for dealing with a variety of targets, idk if the Flayer arrays cover that niche well enough otherwise.
Personally, I have been happy with Particle Beamers on my Tesseracts. The extra points are very welcome for more objective utility pieces.

Since I don't run DDA's my vehicles tend to exist as either spotless or fine dust, so I'm not sure how much value you're getting off the repair. I think they're worth a shot, since they're also fast if you need to cap a point or get in place for an action.
Technomancer as an action monkey . . . now that is a spicy idea. If you're trying to use him for that I would almost look into giving one the Prismatic Obfuscator if you can find the points, just so you can move him more independently of your other pieces. Probably also Veil for a late game teleport if needed. But that would need testing before taking it to a tourney.

Have you tested the DDA's on the level of terrain that the tournament will probably use?

If you need more slots, a Patrol costs you all of 85 points for the squad of Immortals.
Took a quick look at what all one could fit, this would be 1855 points so enough room for the Triarch Stalker or more Buckets/Immortals. I do like the double CCB setup, but that's a matter of taste.

My god, you're a genius!

Here's what I came up with to jam even more vehicles in, based off your patrol idea:

Spearhead, Mephrit:
HQ: CCB w/voltaic and enduring will

Elites:
C'tan Void Dragon

HS:
3x Tesseract w/Particle Beamer
3x Annihilation Barges w/Gauss

Patrol Detachment, Mephrit
HQ: CCB vanilla staff of light + Gauss

Troop: 6x Immortals

HS:
Doomsday Ark
Doomsday Ark

I know you're not big on DDAs, but they always pull weight for me. Is it worth the upgrade in your opinion to have the second CCB spend 2 CP to get Voidreaper/Merciless Tyrant?

I probably would, I don't think this list generally requires CP to be good and that does up the combat potential of the second CCB significantly.

I'll give the DDA another shot next game, now that it's dropped a bit.

Good point, I find I'm only ever techno-oracularing in a moment where it has good swing potential or upping a Quantum to 4+ if it's about to take a beating.
