I've been a DakkaDakka lurker for years but finally decided to create an account. I started Wargaming back in 2002 with a start collecting 40k box set and the Black Templars wonderfully displayed on the 3rd Ed rulebook. I also enjoyed playing the various clix games that were popular at the time like Mage Knight and Mechwarrior. Even got in a game or two of Classic Battletech with one of the old timers in the FLGS.

I took a break for a bit since 40k isn't an easy hobby for those who don't have deep pockets. A buddy of mine I was stationed with got me back into 40k in 2016 and have been playing ever since. I started off with small armies of Orks, Eldar, and Space Wolves but thanks to weekly Kill Team I now have small armies of several factions including CSM, Admech & Custodes. I also started a Sisters Army after their plastic refresh. My wife plays Necron's and soundly beats me in most games

Due to COVID lockdowns I haven't had a chance to game in person in quite a while but I'm looking forward to playing more the next time we move.
